Order Processing Time
Because our products are personalized, we need time to craft each item.
- Standard production: 3–5 business days
- Peak seasons (holidays): 5–8 business days
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 5–8 business days (Standard) / 3–5 (Express)
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days

- Standard Shipping: from $5.99
- Express Shipping: from $14.99

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at our tracking page.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
