Our 30-Day Guarantee
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized Items — Important
Because personalized products (with custom names, photos, or text) are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- We made a printing or manufacturing error
- The item received differs from your order
In these cases, we will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
Non-Personalized Items
Standard (non-customized) items can be returned within 30 days for any reason, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@joyfora.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Personalized items without quality defects
