How long does it take to make my order?

Personalized items take 3–5 business days to produce, plus shipping time.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes! Our customizer shows a live preview as you type. What you see is what you get.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You have 6 hours to make free changes. Email support@joyfora.com  immediately with your order number.

What photo quality should I upload?

For best results: at least 1000×1000 pixels, well-lit, clear focus. Phone photos work great.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Total time = production (3–5 days) + shipping (5–8 days US, 8–14 days international).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to 100+ countries.

How do I track my order?

Use your tracking link in the shipping email or visit our tracking page.

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email support@joyfora.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrived defective or we made an error.

What if I entered the wrong name or photo?

We print exactly what you submit. We're not responsible for typos. Always proofread before checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
