Cancellation Windows

• Within 6 hours of order placement: Full refund, no fee
• 6–24 hours: Cancellation may be possible if production hasn't started; partial refund of 80%
• After 24 hours: Cancellation not available — your order is in production

How to Cancel

Email support@joyfora.com immediately with the subject line:
"CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]"

The faster you contact us, the better the chance we can stop production.

Need to change a name, photo, or shipping address?

• Within 6 hours: Free changes — just email us
• After 6 hours: Changes may not be possible if production has begun
