Joyfora respects intellectual property rights and expects our customers to do the same.

Customer Uploads

When you upload a photo, name, logo, or design for personalization, you confirm that:

  1. You own the content, OR
  2. You have permission from the rights holder to use it

You grant Joyfora a limited license to use the content solely to produce and ship your order.

Prohibited Content

We will not produce items featuring:

  • Copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, anime, etc.) without proof of license
  • Trademarked logos (sports teams, brands, universities) without authorization
  • Celebrity likenesses without consent
  • Hateful, violent, sexual, or illegal imagery

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this policy and issue a refund minus any production costs incurred.

DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please email support@joyfora.com with:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work
  2. URL of the infringing item
  3. Your contact information
  4. A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Our Designs

All original designs, illustrations, and templates created by Joyfora are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
